If you charge over10 dollars for a freaking meal, learn how to push a button so your fries are actually edible, the worst fries I’ve ever had. I honestly think they were probably 2 hours old, I used to be a chef at an actual restaurant and know that those cold chewy fries had been sitting for a while, it’s a shame that a manager is the one who gave me my food which means there is no quality checks by higher ups, I assume it was a one off but it rubbed me the wrong way that these trash employees are ruining someone else’s company, take some pride in your job

They stole a dollar from me at the drive thru the total was $19.05 and I gave him $20.05 but he only said I gave exact change. It’s just a dollar but that adds up if he keeps doing it. This guy’s scheming and stealing people’s change watch out.

Today I went to Arby’s and I ordered the steakhouse combo and I asked for my fries to be made fresh and they came out old nasty and cold. Please don’t waste your money there because you can eat cold food at home and it will not cost you a thing.
