We had the gyros, which were fantastic. They didn’t skimp on size as most fast food spots tend to do. The fellow at the drive through window was great. Very kind and attentive to our needs. Joshua Beard was the manager on duty and he did an amazing job getting our order out fresh, hot and fast. He corrected th lack of napkins and made sure we had enough. He brought our food to our table. He was on top of things and had the place running very efficiently. Great manager.

My food was fantastic. I ordered through the app and then went inside to pick up my order like I’m supposed to. It wasn’t quite done, so I just waited. The guy who was waiting on me insisted on stapling it shut even though I was just standing right there. I asked him if there were napkins inside, to which he couldn’t remember. So he opened it up and he looked inside the bag to see if he put them in there, and found that he did. Then I was okay with that and said, “All right thank you,” and tried to leave with the bag. He got belligerent with me and told me that he needed to staple it back shut. It was all very strange and another customer thought it was hilarious, and we both looked at each other and started laughing. But the food was great.

Ordered the bacon ranch wagyu hamburger. Specifically said no cheese as it was a serious allergy. When I got home found that the sandwich had nothing but double cheese and hamburger meat nothing else on it. No bacon no tomato just meat and cheese on bread. Call the manager she basically did not care said she would give me a new hamburger I explained it was a serious allergy she said sorry nothing we can do about it. Obviously could care less whether it was a serious allergy or not. I asked for a corporate phone number she said there is none. Now I understand why there’s never anyone in the Drive-Thru.

This is the nastiest sandwich I ever purchased I came through the drive-thru around 6:30 order two combos w/Mellow Yellow pop pay almost 20 bucks for this food I will never ever go to this Arby’s again I believe they made my sandwiches nasty on purpose look at the sandwiches I live so far from this restaurant I would never go here again all I can say is thank God they were not for me

Came here to eat inside and use the restroom only to find that they have locked the doors to the inside. With that being said, the drive through line was LONG so I went elsewhere to spend my money.

Got the number 11 Swiss chicken sandwich with curly fries. Very disappoint of the large curly fries. They didn’t fill up the large fries all the way up. When I opened my bag, I was mad. It’s my favorite curly fries. The sandwich is good so I gave it a 3 stars.
