Blue Lives Matter
I went in like every other day, ordered a roast beef sandwich sliced thin, the general manager tells me it’s already pre cut and nothing she can do about it, I didn’t say anything but thought to myself if you advertise it’s sliced fresh how is it pre sliced? And what made me angry but held my self back was the fact that I come there a few times a week for lunch and the cashier and cook always cut it thin for me, I don’t see how a GM can say that the meat is pre sliced and she can’t do anything about it, yes you can, you type “ask me” on the order and when the person on the line asks what that is you tell him sliced thin, like they do every other time I come around. Never going back there, she also gave me the scrapes of fries, hard and nasty. Shane on your GM.

Most of the meals came out hot and fresh! One meal was not so much and was missing a few items on a sandwich. When asked to correct it, the lady was very short and seemed annoyed. Her customer service wasn’t so great, nor did she correct the meal with the missing items when she came back. At that point, we just asked to have the meal refunded and went home.

Well my husband tried their burger for the first time. He removed the bun and how disappointing it was. The patty reminded me of sausage patty after it was cooked. They charged all that money for a bun, lettuce and tomato. We’ve decided to stick with Culver’s, Burger King or Wendy’s for our burger for now on.

On 3/16/23 at about 12:30 I got the best service I have ever received from a fast food place in a long time, lately there’s has been a standard among fast food chains that the service usually isn’t that great usually because people just don’t care, but this Arby’s in Belleville has done a fantastic job, the dude behind the counter, ( I don’t know his name, sorry). was phenomenal at the lunch rush. He had a long hair that was in a pony tail. This dude and his team was holding it down. I hope this review makes it to upper management. You all deserve some serious accolades for a job well done.
