Never open true to their hours. Ordered door dash last week at 7pm and they were closed when the driver got there. Went this morning and online says they open at 10. We showed up at 1050….. closed. Middlebelt one is way better!

Sad that a year ago this was a five star review. A half hour ago today, 5/24/2023, we placed our order at the drive thru for two beef and cheddar sandwiches, a gyro, and a large fry. We waited 15 minutes after getting to the window which seemed excessive. Got home and we find that our beef and cheddar sandwiches are not on onion buns but on brioche. That changes the taste considerably and not for the better. The curly fries were old and stringy. The gyro was the only edible item but even that tasted different, according to my husband. We threw out the entire meal and won’t be returning.

I have been going to this Arby’s for years. But, I went on Saturday and the food was so bad. I don’t want Arby’s every again. The sandwiches was all under a light, tasted like something from a can the meat was burnt and real crumbly. Arby’s was always a place I loved but this is the worst I’ve every had.

I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived at the drive-through at 6:40 and waited until about 6:55 before I was able to place my order. Just when I started, a woman came out and explained that they were closed. There were cars in front of me, and there were cars behind that had to back up to get out of the drive-through. Website says you’re open until 11 and I was told today that they closed at seven yet I was there ready to order at 6:55. Terrible customer service.

The manager (lady with long dreads and glasses) was very rude at the drive thru window. She had a very bad attitude and snatched food out of my hands. If you don’t like working with the public apply for another never job I will NEVER return to this location.

The money was dropped on the ground because she had something in bith hands trying to reach for my payment. Instead of the drive-thru attendant pausing traffic behind me, the car pulled up almost on the dropped money. So the line was out of sync. Then being a tight lane, the attendant didn’t even offer to bring the food to the door but instead motioned me to get out the car, COME BACK & get my food and it wasn’t even hot or fresh tasting. 1 mediocre to bad visit won’t make me not like Arby’s. Just not to visit this one

Place USED to be great, now it’s terrible. Says closes at 7pm but the staff locks the doors and blocks the drive thru anytime between 4pm and 6pm so good luck trying to go after work. Asked one of the workers if they’ll be open after 4pm the next day and was basically laughed at. Hope the owner gets things straightened out or else this place is gonna lose out on a lot of business.
