The food was decent. Not the quality for the price though. 2 regular meals and 5 tenders was $30! Too much. At least the fries were fresh. And the honey mustard is great. Service was pretty good, better than most fast food places. And it’s one of the only close locations that wasn’t closed for the weekend. We dined in, they need more booths. Those half tables suck. Unless you’re dining alone

Waited 15 minutes behind one car so naturally my food was cold, the woman in the drive thru was not polite to me at all like after waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich I needed her bad attitude smh. Didn’t get any napkins or condiments either. I wouldn’t return to this location! 7.00 for each sandwich

I loved arbys.. always have.. went a couple weeks ago and the food was horrible, soaked oily fries . Not hot at all.. chicken dried out.. thought maybe they had a bad day… just went and today it was worse. Fries are not edible. Chicken is dried and hard. Roast beef tastes funny and almost slimy. Only good thing was my daughter’s little nuggets were fresh.Needless to say my family won’t be returning.

47540 Van Dyke Ave, Utica, MI 48317 locations. They need to re-learn how to do the shakes. I order a large Jamocha shake it’s was liquid it looks like chocolate milk not a Shake and not chocolate on top. My husband loves the shakes, he was really upset with this one. The manager was telling us that the corporation didn’t send the chocolate. The next day my husband stop by Romeo Location and brought home the Jamocha Shake it was delicious and totally different then what we received the day before at Van dyke location. Please train the manager and show her how a shake it’s supposed to be done. If the issue is the machine then please fix it, if they run out of chocolate please let the customer know in advance so we can decide to order or not order the shake. The window employee was nice , the manager it was complaining about the corporation with us. She should contact the corporation and try to fix the issues.

Every Arby’s I’ve gone to lately, 4 in the past 6 weeks, has gone downhill. Their meat is old and cold but the worst of it is the bread. It’s old and dried out yet stiff. Idk it just isn’t the same. I went Friday & 2 sandwiches and 2 small shakes was $16

It seemed like the lady there was by herself and doing everything, and she did a fantastic job. Wish I would have caught her name, she definitely deserves a nice raise, not no cheezy 50 cents either. A couple bucks! 7/11/2022 on vandyke north of 21 mile. Take care of good employees like this. She was polite, professional, and pretty quick about it. My hat off to you, other ppl would have fallen apart in your situation. Nothing special about the food, its Arby’s and what was expected. But the service made the meal, will be back only because of employees like her.
