This Arby’s would be super nice is the management wasn’t awful to people who are just waiting for help, the fat manager is constantly talking down to doordasher and is often rude to customers when inside the store. Highly recommend against eating here.

The one and only problem I have with this specific restaurant is the management. There’s one absolutely lovely manager, Goldie, who was so sweet and helpful. Made me laugh and smile even after I left! However the manager who goes by Joe was the complete opposite. Approached with a nasty look on his face which I dismissed thinking something happened in the back but his tone was immediately rude and he had no patience for being there. Just acted like he hated everything and everyone. It makes me feel really bad for the other employees because his energy just seems to ruins the environment. I hope they don’t keep him much longer, he can’t be worth it.

The food was good.. I mean it’s Arby’s… The staff not so much.. I was given a coupon from a different Arby’s then told by this Arby’s I wasn’t suppose to use it til December.. There is no start date just an expiration date and the lady seemed real argumentative about it.. I dnt know they did honor it but was rude about it

Person at the drive thru window was so rude, not the first time she was. I try not to go to Arby’s anymore, the employees are horrible. They will argue with you and are snotty. To bad cause Arby’s used to have good food and service, maybe someone will step up one day and improve their customer service.

Goldie is the absolute best! She had no problem serving me and making sure our food was fresh! Unlike most places she had the greatest attitude and I can definitely say I will be coming back and hoping for her every time! She deserves a raise for her hard work and some recognization!
