Missing sandwich(no biggie it happens), called for refund and was told to come back to the store. Get up there and the manager(blonde hair woman) says they don’t do refunds and gave me a free meal card. I don’t want a free meal I want my money back. She stated the problem was that it was a combo and was too ignorant to do the math and issue me a refund for the sandwich.

You cannot use an Arby’s gift card on the Arby’s app which means you cannot use online deals. You can only use a gift card at the restaurant and they will not provide any adjustments for the app not accepting payment by their own gift cards. The cashier wouldn’t even ask the manager on duty.

When we ordered it definitely wasn’t pleasant. Not rude just would not speak when spoken to. The order was wrong and dry hardly no meat at all 1/2 of slice of tomato and a small sliver piece of purple onion. Definitely won’t be back
