Today is the second time I’ve come to this location and asked for extra sauce. The woman on the speaker repeats my order back to me, including sauce, and AGAIN I open the bag to plain beef and bread with absolutely no sauce. The employees clearly were in a rush to go out on a smoke break because before I could even come around to ask them again for sauce they were ALL outside hanging around. Terrible service at this location.

Stopped by for a late lunch.Greeted as I entered and had to decide what I wanted. Decided on the featured Brisket Bacon Beef & Cheddar. Person taking order was ok, the manager (I’m assuming) is a little fireball. Nice and chipper, always busy, seemed to know everybody that walked in. Sandwich was excellent. Had too many fries, should have got the small combo. Got a think you for coming in as I left.

I love Arby’s! I was looking forward to a Beef & Cheddar sandwich however it was very disappointing the sandwich wasn’t fresh it had a soggy bun, the meat was weird in taste and texture. Then the cleanliness of the store left me with a feeling of ICK specifically the soda and self serve condiment areas as they were disgustingly dirty ( clean the dispensers) and our table had crud stuck to from a previous customer not the experience I was hoping for from an Arby’s

The last couple of times we’ve gone here, there’s been a problem with the Curly fries. Twice the box’s were barely half full on large box! If I wanted a medium, I would of ordered, and paid for medium! Then tonight same thing, almost three quarters of the way full, and the bottom half were so hard you couldn’t eat them! That is a shame to try and serve your customers disgusting food like that. I will be calling corporate in the morning to find out who is employing these lazy workers who obviously don’t care about food quality!

Went to this place on Fenton Road and Hill the two guys in there couldn’t figure out what a medium Arby’s was they kept asking me do you want a medium deal I said no I want a medium Arby’s they need to retrain these people and show them what is going on in the fast food industry they had burned the apple turnovers and said oh they’re okay there’s nothing wrong with them and I said give them to the people in the drive-through window they won’t know what’s going on until I get out of here I do not rate this place to go to
