The quality went down and prices went up. Got a beef and cheddar, with a lil meat and then they put a drop of cheese on it and a drop of sauce. The sandwich was dry and crumbly. I used to love that sandwich, won’t be buying unless I order extra meat, cheese and sauce.

Went today and was very disappointed. Sandwiches were put together haphazardly. Tomatoes were literally outside of one sandwich and grease was leaking through other sandwich wrapping. Plus sandwich half was rotated 90 degrees from other half, everything was a mess. Fast food is expensive, I won’t make this mistake twice.

On 4/25/23 around 12:30pm I ordered a beef and cheddar. Upon being served it was rudley handed to me and the sandwich was uncooked and made sloppy. The back line employee was not meeting health standards as they were filthy and not wearing gloves. I ended up getting food poisoning resulting in me missing time from work.

Ordered a Smoke House Brisket and it was far from and leaves you hungry, the meat was not the same meat as specified(and it was super dry meat), there was no onions and there was no cheese a small blob of bbq sauce and 1 French fry. Arby’s is falsely advertising the sand which ingredients and charging more for way less.
