The nuggets were over fried. I’ve never gotten the nuggets and had them so bad! I buy them all the time for our dog and she prefers Arby’s but after the last “2” times….I’m not sure I’ll keep trying. And the sandwich I bought was thrown together so sloppy it was very disappointing!! Arby’s “used” to be our favorite.

My wife and I are local to the Arby’s in Clare, and as we choose to periodically, we opted to grab dinner from there after a sporting event last week. As a part of that meal we purchased a large curly fry to share, and by the attached photo, this is what we received, which by our experience is typically a medium size. Included in that was a pretty significant scrap of coating from what I can only believe was from chicken strips. Normally I am not to concerned about portions, but the ever increasing cost of take out, this was disappointing, and definitely a consideration going forward.

Food at Arbys is usually top notch. Sometimes you get a stinker. See my review on the one in Wixom , Michigan. Not the case here. Everything was on point and fresh. It was extremely busy due to it be a Sunday rush with people coming back down from being up North. In spite of the overwhelming crowd the wait was not long and to my knowledge everyone was getting their order exactly as asked for. Perfect location right off the Interstate.

I didn’t get what order, but it was charged for what I ordered. I ordered a 1 slider and curly fries. Then, when I got to the window, I ordered an extra hamburger. They gave me another slider instead of the hamburger, which I was charged eight dollars more for it. I’m not very happy. Then, when I said eight dollars more for hamburger and she told me that prices are high. The hamburger was for my dog.

Nobody in here knows what’s going on. They messed up our order in drive through. When we went in to have it switched out, they inform us our card didn’t go through. Then they doubled our order and charged us for it. AND STILL MESSED UP OUR ORDER. Fix your staff.

Always good RB sandwiches, and we love their shakes. But, we were disappointed that the shakes have been downsized. We always order large and this time we were given medium at the large price! When we questioned the window person, we were told “the large is now a medium”!

Food comes before service. I will say that I loved what I ordered but it took awhile to receive the quality of the food quickly made up for my abnormally long waiting period. Nonetheless, this won’t stop me from returning at all in the future. Keep the amazing food coming!
