Went through the drive through on a heavy rainy day, asked the worker to speak up, worked well. Ordered a substituted food and it was made perfectly. However all the food was cold, even though I live less than a minute away, and requested sauce was forgotten. All in all, I don’t think I’ll be back – food wasn’t really worth a second trip.

Super disappointed, I’ve been to this location multiple times and nothing was as bad as last night! I ordered a roast beef and cheddar, I have had many of these over the years nothing like this! The roast beef was so thick cut it was like eating rubber also zero flavor and I’m not exactly sure why we were asked to pull up and wait for food the fries where cold and the sandwich was so disgusting it got thrown out, plus a cup of ice with very little drink alot of money for food you can’t eat. I won’t be back again! I’ve never seen Arby’s roast beef cut that thick before..

WHY do you insist on cutting the meat so thick that it is dry, rubbery and disgusting? Especially when thin sliced is requested by customer; basically like how EVERY other Arby’s on the planet makes their roast beef sandwiches! 4 Roast beef sandwiches straight to the garbage. Lesson learned. If you want Arby’s go to literally ANY other location, this one does not care about the customer anymore and you’ll find greater pleasure just pulling up to a local farm and grabbing a cow patty, similar experience to this sandwich, more affordable.

First, the food was good. No issues at all. I used a coupon and didn’t know to mention it at the speaker. We were promptly lectured by a sour faced young lady explaining that she was the manager and we were to notify at the speaker should we choose to come there and use a coupon again. Yikes. Didn’t mean to ruffle feathers. As soon as we drove away everyone in the car had something to say about her rude attitude. No worries, we will hit up Culver’s next time. Food is delicious there also!

The bathroom was nasty toilet plugged paper on floor etc. Ordered the wajgu burger was not impressed tasted like a burger and the special sauce tasted like runny thousand island . I was not impressed my wife only took 2 bites of her gyro said that sauce was gross too

Great costumer service but this is my second time going here and both times my order has either been wrong or they forgot something that I’ve ordered. I ordered a number 5 which as you can see is supposed to be a crispy chicken not sliced deli meat. The last time I went they forgot my mozzarella sticks which are an extra $5 that I spent. What’s the point of ordering something when your not going to get what you paid for and wanted?

My Super combo was good, my son on the other hand complained about the chicken pieces that actually shouldn’t be counted as a piece…I highly suggest throw a couple extra pieces in there, maybe someone will throw you a couple more stars!
