Ian G was EXTREMELY rude to us and seemed very annoyed with having to work. He couldn’t leave his phone alone long enough to properly take an order, nor did he feel like washing his hands after wiping his nose, prior to bagging my food. Thankfully, the food wasn’t made by him, just poorly bagged, however, the shake that he prepared, seemed a bit complicated for him, as we request no toppings and received both, it’s unfortunate that this is the type of attitude that we received.

I’m sitting here eating the best turkey, bacon ranch sandwich I’ve ever had. The staff is phenomenal. Very polite sandwich very well-made very tasty sandwich. I’ve eaten had a ton of Arby’s. This is the first service that has been top notch top-notch employee top-notch management top-notch sandwich, 5 Stars Way to go Arby’s.

Stopped in on our way home to Battle Creek after a vacation up North. This place puts our local Arby’s (both of them) to shame. First, the staff was friendly and excited for the customers that were there. The place was spotless. Every customer that left, including my family, rang the service bell as they left after dining in. At least five families in all. I’ve never seen that at any other Arby’s. This place deserves an at-a-boy. The only negative comment would be that my curly fries were a little on the greasy side but, that didn’t stop me.

The fish sandwich was delicious. I asked for no lettuce and it actually had no lettuce. Usually at fast food places, they never leave the lettuce off and I’m sure to emphasize NO lettuce. Thank you, Arby’s for making my order correctly!
