I will never eat at this Arby’s again. I sent an email to their corporate office and have yet to get a response. I was served a piece of raw chicken and ok, I get you were busy but when my fiance took it in he was treated as if we we’re lieing. How the heck do you lie about that?! We took pics and the messed up thing was, I took a fricken bite and swallowed it before realizing it was raw. They had breaded it and put the buffalo sauce on it so I could tell until it was to late. Do you know what your body goes thru when you consume a raw piece of chicken?! Let me tell you, its not pretty. I feel awful for my fiance for having to help me and clean up after me. It was awful. I was supposed to start a job the following day, that didn’t happen. So, thank you Arby’s for such a unforgettable experience my fiance and I most likely will never forget.

When you pull up to the drive through the speaker says it’s closed when it’s not then waited 2 and a 1/2 minutes for a worker to finally say something and the First Words that came out of their mouth we’re hold on as im driving away So I give them A second chance and loop back around pull up to the speaker waited 30 seconds The worker finally responded with What can I get for you I said 1 second And not even 2 seconds later I hear the worker scoff and say well I guess not in a very disrespectful mannerThinking that their headset was muted so I left

Fast service but all my food is old. Soggy mozeralla sticks and chewy chicken. Your food hold times are 30min for a reason… asked for ranch and got marinara. Thanks for helping with my already terrible day.

Really great customer service. They helped me make a decision on my meal. Food came out really fast, not hot, but not cold either. They did however did get my name right, though. Turkey gyro tastes good so far, lots of meat, but could use a little more tzaki sauce (or whatever they used). Also, their dollar menu is only available from 2-5pm, so that was a bummer (especially since it’s 1:40pm now.) Restaurant is clean; really admirable to see the manager both assisting customers AND cleaning tables. 3/1/18

Very disappointed my spouse order a chicken slider and when he went to go bite into all he got was a mouth full of raw meat called the manager she was not happy with kitchen staff. She offered replace the meal and was going to but my spouse was scared that it would just be the same. The kitchen staff need to take their job more seriously when it comes to handling food especially raw food. I’m posting a picture of what my man specifically but into so people can see but I hope and pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else as my spouse could of gotten really sick
