It was hot air conditioning didn’t seem to work. . My sandwich didn’t have as much meat or cheese as usual. Tasted OK. No towels in bathroom. Conveniently located though.

I don’t know why everyone is giving this location a one star. Like of course the food isn’t going to be neatly packaged and sent to you LOL! like it’s an Arby’s FAST FOOD restaurant. What did you expect? . Anyways the service was great and my food was good to. Highly recommend.

Crispy Fish sandwich was good. Ordered a jamocha shake, got an orange shake instead. Didn’t want to make the girl at the registers day any worse, so I drank it. The store is clean and the manager seems to be on the ball.

Visited the Arby’s in Kalamazoo, Michigan and was disappointed. They closed early and refused my order at 11:51pm, even though they advertise being open until 12:00am. When confronted, they offered to take the order, but trust was already compromised. Wasn’t provided with the corporate number upon request.
