Didn’t add my mozzarella sticks to my order and they forgot my napkins and fork in my bag. Mixed up the sandwiches as well and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the food to come out ♀️ worst service at an Arby’s I’ve ever experienced. Definitely won’t be going back to this location of Arby’s.

Was told to pull over and wait for food. I ordered a roast beef sandwich for which took them 8 minutes to bring to me. Sandwich was cold. Why did I have to wait off to the side for no food that was fried

Watched him make someone’s fry’s put it in the bag give it 2 them take it back and throw it back into the fryer then we waited 15 minutes in line 2 be served and it didn’t even move up one person
