Food order was correct but when I was at home and tasted my chocolate shake I discovered it was Jamocha instead. One of the main reasons I go to Arby’s is that they have the best chocolate shakes of any fast food restaurant. I was so disappointed!

My wife went there for lunch and her chicken was raw in the middle. I called up there and talked to the manager Zachary and he told me that she could come in either today(which was yesterday) or tomorrow(which is today) for a full refund and a couple free meal coupons. My wife went in today and Zachary wasn’t there but the manager Bre was and she was completely rude and acted like she could careless that my wife was served raw chicken. She only refunded the order no coupons or anything to make up for serving her raw food. We will never come back to this location all because of the manager Bre. Worst manager we have ever dealt with from a Arby’s and we travel all over the country.

Enjoy having their fish sandwiches! Kings hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich is so big. I was full after eating half! Curly fries are so yumm when they are fresh. Love their 2-5pm 1$ menu. The mint chocolate chip and Jamocha milk shake is so delicious! Mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers are the best! Staff is courteous and seating is spacious.

Male Staff member who was working the drive thru on Sunday around 830pm at the shaver location in portage was awesome at his job. He was very professional. He made me feel like my business was appreciated!! I was so impressed! When I got home I told my husband all about him. Lol. Most places today make you feel like a burden. VERY busy tonight, drive thru backed up. I went inside as I had appointment. Here is what I heard, sorry for the wait as orders were given to customers. Then I heard what I believe to be a manager or lead tell his crew, “you guys are doing great, awesome team”. Now that is how you run a business and grow a team.
