The food was okay, made sloppily but the service was poor. They forgot my sauce and I asked when the woman handed me the bag if the sauce was in there. She looked in the bag and said “yep” and then when I get my bag there was no sauce at all so I had to go back inside for it. Then I started eating my food in my car and realized they didn’t give me napkins either! Also the sandwiches were very sloppy, meat only on one side and hardly any mayo. At least the fries weren’t old.

Paid over $60 for rude service and cold food. The girl working the drive thru was extremely pushy and rude for no reason. Then they made us pull forward to wait over 15 mins for our order and it was completely cold, wonder what we were waiting on.

This place screams poor management! I got nothing I got nothing that i ordered, over paid and took 36 minutes. I understand that they were out of part of my order, and the employee that asked if I wanted to swap it out for somthing else was great. But after multiple itterations of being told that the manager did not approve of swapping out item I wanted (lower cost) or refunding, I got absolutely nothing that I ordered or wanted. Good luck

I am a big Arby’s Fan..I also managed an Arby’s back in the day..and so this review is a honest and accurate review. First, Coldwater Arby’s is extremely underrated. I have received great customer service when visiting, the food has been fresh, and hot, and I have really no complaints. Visited again on 4/6/2023 and purchased 2 Beef and Cheddars, A Greek Combo, and some curly fries. You know the Arby’s TV commercial where the sandwich has the meat stacked high and fluffy, thinly sliced to perfection? One bite into My Beef and Cheddar and that’s all I could think of. It was sliced PERFECTLY and was absolutely DELICIOUS. I dont have any photos to post of the B&C cause I ate them too fast..but man..what a sandwich..I was very impressed. Order was prompt, service was kind and accurate, and the Manager of this Restaurant needs to be given a Golden Globe award for doing the best job at training their staff. Im a Coldwater Arby’s Fan for LIFE.
