Dined inside. Cashier polite and efficient. But the soda area was very very dirty. Definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a while, because I was there about noon, and the place had only opened a couple hours before. Wrappers, spilled soda, catsup pump inoperative, old soda residue on counter. Definite turn off! Roast beef good, soda didn’t have right amount of syrup in it.

I don’t usually leave negative review, but I got irritated. Kid in the drive thru you can barely hear wont listen to you, and makes repeat stuff you already said because he’s so ready to get back on the mic to cut you off to ask is that it? Is that it? Is that it? Two? So he doesn’t hear what you said because he cuts you off. Bro you’re not busy just listen to people. Lord knows theres no up selling going on there im sure that would make the company happy. Food was good this time but it’s very hit or miss. Meh.

Nice workers compare to 2 years ago. I am disabled and was laugh at by the young men there 2 years ago. About 8 years ago a worker at the window totally disrespect me. I am 66, hearing impair, speech impairment and sometimes I use a walker to walk. I refuse to go here until my husband suggest I give it another try. I did and the staff is respected of others.

Friday 7/7/23 7:30 PM, cars lined up around the place, sign says lobby open until 10 PM. Door was locked. If it’s closed, maybe put something in the window saying so and I’ll drive on by instead of wasting my time. Same thing today 7/8/23.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I’m not completely sure what the issue was. Thankfully the food was still warm when we got it. Everything we ordered was good. That’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars. I’m glad they at least had the buffalo tenders, that helped
