Two times I went to the driver. My order was wrong. I had coupons and they did not give me the rebate for the coupons because my husband went back in to dispute our order and they said they didn’t have some things on the order. He came back and still didn’t have the order right and they charged him more, it would’ve been all right if they would’ve gave me a receipt to begin with probably I don’t know but I really have a hard time going to the Arby’s on Apple Avenue in Muskegon, and one of the women at the drive up was hollering at me, saying that she did put french fries curly fries in the bag and there was none! I the new hush puppy fish wasn’t hot i could tell it had been sitting for awhile not crispy at all my husband had curly fries they were so cold and hard. The only thing that was fresh was the poppers. We tossed the food.

This is a beautiful BigBoy! Excellent service!!! I just wish our Ludington BigBoy would open up again!! I grew up with Bigboy’s and would love to see ours open again. They are missing out on so many customers here!! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they get it together and open back up soon!!!
