Handed me a drink, that I didn’t order. Told him what I had ordered, got home and my Beef & Cheddar wasn’t in the bag but my Mom’s was there, so all I had was Curly Fries for dinner. The Kicker.. he said the total was $13 and change when I looked at the receipt the Total was $11 and change! Summary: No food and overcharged

Used to like eating here, but they shrank the size of the drinks and the fries so much. They shrank everything one full size, Small is now kid sized, Medium to Small, Large to Medium, etc. This combined with Arby’s already premium pricing, its just not worth it anymore.

This place has really gone downhill. I went through the drive-thru around 10pm and when asked what id like to order i told them a large combo and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks, then they asked me what sauces id like, I told them bbq and marinara. I get to the window and pay, they ask if I need a reciept and I say yes, then they ask me what sauces I want again, and I tell them. Then I wait over 5 minutes in the drive-thru for them to come back and say the printer isnt working and they are out of BBQ sauce, I say no problem. Then they ask me again what sauces I want. Finally I get my food and its missing fries, I ask for fries and they say I substituted them for mozzarella sticks! I say Naw I didnt as I notice I only got 4 sticks, not 6. So I ask for a manager who sees my total was nearly 20 bucks and sees what I ordered isnt in the bag so they tell me to pull forward to wait for fresh fries and mozzarella sticks. I pull forward and wait another 10-15 minutes before they bring out my food. Horrible experience! I will not be going back to the Henry Street Arby’s!

Nobody there in drive thru 6 minutes later go inside wait 3 minutes before being acknowledged then told had to wait a bit fora manager to open till at430 in the afternoon never going there again terrible service on Henry in muskegon michigan

Service was good. Friendly staff at the counter. Not sure who in back made my sandwich but epic fail on that. Ordered the loaded Italian combo meal. Fries were good but their definition of loaded is apparently different than mine. I get this sandwich from time to time at other Arby’s locations pic is of the one I recieved here. This sandwich usually has lettuce involved
