I love Arby’s but I was not satisfied with my curly fries, as they were over-cooked. I am also extremely disappointed in the reduction of Shake portions! I always get a large Jamocha Shake, but yesterday, it looked like a regular.

Was disappointed, mozzarella sticks tastes like they’d been sitting for hours, roast beef sandwich had almost no cheese or sauce, just beef and more beef. Unsatisfied for what I payed.

I just love the manager she’s such a nice lady our sandwiches were good and curly fries were good too and everything was hot I hate it when I order food and it comes out cold you won’t have that at the Arby’s in Whitehall

This Arby’s us usually very decent, this last visit not so much! Which makes me sad to say, maybe just and off day. Had hair in one sandwich, the other wasn’t made properly, nothing like the last couple time’s we ordered the same sandwich. I will still try them again. Hopefully better next time.

My husband liked his food but my beer batterd fish was nasty!! It was either put back into the hot oil or cooked in oil that had not been changed for days!! They had us pull forward into one of the drive-through parking spots which would have been worth it if my fish was fresh!! Unfortunately it was every bit as burned tasting as the picture. I would have taken it to complain but I did not want to wait all that time to get another nasty piece of fish!

Good food. Wish they had fish sandwich all the time. The one thing is they always ask if I want any sauces and I tell them ketchup every time(for my fries) and out of all the times I’ve been there I think I’ve only gotten it once. Why not just throw a couple packets in whenever fries are ordered.
