Arby’s…where’s the meat? Ordered a 2/$7 from the drive thru, didn’t check it until I got to work… chicken sandwich didn’t have any chicken and roast beef was cold (not even sure if it was cooked).

Had a mobile order and waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered two deluxe wagu burgers and a fry. Once I got home I realized they gave 2 roast beef sandwiches. Frustrated I drove all the way back. We waited about 10 minutes just for someone to answer us. Told them we got the wrong sandwiches, that we ordered the deluxe burger. Waited 20 minutes and they made the burgers. Got home again and they made the bacon ranch burger, not ever the right one. Mistakes happen, which I understand but there was not a single apology or any urgency to fix the order, especially since we were the only ones in the drive thru. I thought maybe we would get a free fry or something for the hour ordeal to get 2 burgers.

Not enough staff to have the inside dining area open in the evening, order got messed up and had to be fixed and the outdoor seating area was covered in small, red spiders. Food was great but trying to relax and eat it after a flight was difficult.

The food was ok. But, it took them almost 5 minutes to wait on us and we were the only ones waiting inside the lobby and there was only 2 cars in drive thru. And staffed enough to not make us wait 5 minutes. I forgot the ladys name who waited on us, but i do remeber her name tag said general manager. We got no apology from her for waiting so long, even without a hello. She seemed so annoyed we were even in her store. I get this is an era where ppl are rude to workers. But we never said anything. Not commin back till they replace their general manager there.

Unbelievably long wait time in the drive thru lane. The gentleman at the window was harassed, but nice enough. Don’t know if they were just shorthanded that day….but it will be awhile before we visit there again.
