The manager did an excellent job taking our order, maintained a professional demeanor under very busy circumstances, was very polite and warned me that my sandwich just came out of the fryer so I should use caution handling it. The staff appeared to respect him…which is rarely seen amongst employees these days. Good job Manager Jon!

I don’t know if someone is new and doesn’t know how to make sandwiches or if they’re just giving half the meat or what. This is what my sandwich looked like and the same for the other orders. All meat on half of the sandwiches regardless of the type of sandwich. Only took a pic of mine. It was a order to go or I would have asked what the deal was. Really sad because they did a good job prior but the past 3 times I’ve been they’ve really slipped. I didn’t even get to eat because I wasn’t about to try and reorganize a Ruben in a car and didn’t want to eat just meat or just sauerkraut. It was late afternoon and they weren’t even busy, so no excuse for this poor job. Not good Arby’s… Not good.

This guy “Gary” was rude beyond words. Myself, husband and baby were ordering and he told me No multiple times when wanting to upgrade the side when i was willing to pay more. Then told me he couldn’t hear me because I was whispering and told me what i said was not what i actually said (i know this sounds more liberal than it sounds, but it was the way he said it). My husband and I looked at each other completely offended and told him that was rude which in turn he said that it wasn’t. I wish I would have recorded this. We said we were going to go else where and he mockingly waved and said goodbye, bye all the while laughing. I told him i was going to make a complaint and he said he didnt care because he was the owner. I took a picture on the way out. Also the manager behind him that was telling this Gary how to put items into the computer looked at us like we were in the wrong. Im not sure why, but I really feel like we were wronged in this whole situation.

Not a place to go if you have a service dog. My friend was told he had to leave hihe couldn’t have his service dog in there with him. Michigan laws said he could have is dog. But the guy was there at 2:30 told him to leave. We want be back there to spend our money.

I have not been to an Arby’s in 10 or 15 years. I was not impressed. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t impressive either. It was ready fairly quickly. The staff I interacted with were friendly. I will be giving them another try in the future.

I think the food is good there but I have to express my point of view. Working there is horrible and it was a awful first job. The trainers are terrible and the managers and owner seem to be very two-faced. I got fired for apparently “giving customers attitude” and “swearing” at them when I never did. Part of me thinks maybe they just wanted to get rid of me and they just use their workers. Overall terrible job experience!
