Ordered the new hushpuppy chicken 5 PC meal. One order had 3 pieces of chicken and the other 4 pieces. Chicken was dry and room temp. No napkins in the bag and no tartar sauce. Mumbling clerk could not have cared less. I’ve always thought Arby’s was a safe bet. It’s now a very safe bet they’ve taken my last dollar. I doubt anyone really cares. Fine by me.

I started my visit in the Drive-Thru at 5:25. Ordered 2 for 7 classic chicken sandwich. There was maybe one car ahead of me. I didn’t get my food until 5:39. It took them 14 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches when there was nobody inside dining and there was one car ahead of me. When I looked inside all of the employees were messing around and really could care less about trying to do any work it seemed like. Very frustrating.

I think they need to change the oil they are cooking with at the Ankeny location. I ordered chicken nuggets and crinkle fries. First the fries were old and brown and tasted rank. I only ate a few and threw the rest away. The nuggets tasted funky too. Only ate a few threw the rest away. The coke was fine but I spent $20 on this meal and I couldn’t eat it. My stomach is upset now. Please check the oil!

Was terribly disappointed!!! Store in Ankeny at 1230 as SO busy after church. Order that we placed in drive through was not given to us until 1315. It was the wrong order totally. We checked what was in the bag at our sons house 8 blocks away to discover it to be for a Ben customer. I suppose that this store doesn’t have enough staff and do not practice enough double checking to catch error before happening!!!

I explained about my food allergy and my sandwich came with the food item I am allergic to even though the receipt said no to that item, so the sandwich was a waste of money. The fries were hard and cold. Not a good experience at this restaurant.
