Hit or miss. Just got back home (I live out of town) and finally got to look at my food. I had ordered mozzarella sticks but didn’t get any sauce for it. And they gave me the wrong wings that I had ordered. Had this happen a couple times before where my order was messed up and didn’t find out until I had gotten home. Let it go the last couple times but I’m irritated with the lack of listening comprehension skills. Not to mention I spoke as loud and clear as possible (it was pouring rain when I ordered).

We stopped in the drive through to grab something quick for dinner while we were out doing other things. The service was very good, but we were not terribly impressed with the angus burger. It wasn’t bad, just not worth what they are charging for them. As always, the curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and mozzarella sticks were good and I heard that the crinkle cut fries were pretty good also.

We stopped here to grab some lunch while traveling west on I-80. It’s not right at the exit, so you have to drive a few minutes into Newton to get to it. It’s a standard Arby’s and has the food you expect at the price you expect. We had one incorrect item in our order and they fixed it quickly with a smile. Restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly.

Went to get one specific meal in drive thru then drove five miles to my house and discovered I got a completely different meal. If I drove back and exchanged it out it would cost me out of pocket expense for something that should not have happened. And the food I did get wasn’t the best. Check every time every thing when going thru a drive thru. My bad and won’t happen again. Expensive lesson that I already knew.
