We stopped in for lunch and were glad we did. The food was fresh and hot. The workers were all busy and attending to work. The tables were clean. We sat in a booth by the freshly washed window to enjoy our curly fries and sandwiches.

I asked to split the check and the guy at the register didn’t know how so he just did it all on one anyway. The associates don’t know how to do their jobs apparently because the manager always has to yell at them. Food came fast and the curly fries were good. Sandwich was disappointing for how much I payed for it.

Good food. Brisket sandwiches are amazing. Tried something different today. Spicy Greek Gyro different than average sandwich. Not my thing – that meat tastes odd. Personally would not recommend. Loaded Italian was in my opinion small but flavorful. Loaded Curly Fries were good – slightly salty.

Ate here and ended up with horrible food poisoning. Was sick for three days and had stabbing pains in my stomach for days. I won’t ever be back, dirty and unprofessional employees

I just ordered 1 thing at the drive thru. The steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich. Have been seeing tv ads for the last couple of months. It looks delicious. Well, it is not. The meat needed seasoning and was full of gristle. You take a bite and extra meat is pulled out of the sandwich because you can’t bite thru gristle. The onion rings on the sandwich were soggy. Not going to order this again. It was $8. A lot to pay for flavorless gristle. UPDATE!! Received a reply from Arby’s that they were sorry to hear about my experience and included a link for me so a member of their Guest Support Team to reach out to me. I clicked on the link and get a “Sorry we could not find the page you were looking for” wanting me to check the address and try again. WOW.

How do you order a French dip and get no dipping sauce. How do you order mozzarella sticks and get no sauce. Quality.

They did the very best they could being extremely short staffed. Food was hot and fresh only mistake was giving us the wrong drink.

No cheddar on my double beef and cheddar. No Arby’s sauce either, none on the sandwich and none provided in the bag.
