The food was good, but good grief everything in the place was sticky! The floor, the table, the chairs. Yikes. What fast food place does not have ketchup for the customers? – this one. Everyone behind the counter was just sauntering around and seemed to be uninterested in what they were doing, and if there was a manager present, they must be the worst. Overall, I like the food a lot but not inviting for a return trip.

Extremely poor service, clearly the employees are unhappy. I said thank you 3x no acknowledgement. Service aside, tried their smokehouse brisket sandwich and it was paltry in size. Tasted nothing like brisket. Order was also incorrect, soda machine broken – somebody was working to fix. This is not every Arbys. Williamsburg is run well will employees that are well trained, and polite. Ive been to North Liberty twice now, no way I go again with 4 kids, it costs a bunch of money so the bad experiences hurt more.

This place is the slowest fast food in town. Ketchup contain on counter has been non working and empty for 3 weeks. Lots of new help or not enough help?? I f you don’t mind waiting 10 or 15 minutes to either order or get your food possibly both then your ok?? It’s the same every day, nothing changes. They should close the drive thru as they can’t handle both at the same time or just close the lobby, then you can wait in your car.

Shout out to the 4 or 5 employees working the lunch rush and busting their butt trying to keep up. They did the best they could considering they’re short staffed. Food was still delicious and accurate and the staff is very friendly.

Terrible customer service! Literally sat in line at the intercom for 15 minutes. No communication. And there were 4 cars in front of me. I wouldn’t have gotten my food for at least a half hour. I finally left and went to McDonald’s.
