Beautiful new Arby’s but not gonna lie slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food. Like almost as slow maybe more than Burger King. For reals. They said they were understaffed, but it look like they had somebody work in drive-through somebody work on the front and two cooks. There may have been one other in the back seem like a standard number of fast food. No one was in a hurry.

The last two times I went through the drive up my Classic roast beef sandwiches were cold and most recent trip the bun was stale. Service is slow. The cold meat definitely needs to be addressed by management.

I ordered a new five piece fish dinner the pieces were really small soggy it wasn’t worth $11 or more no tartar sauce until tonight which I understand they run out I think they need to tell people that the manager said she was sorry which I’m sure she was it wasn’t hurtful but they need to tell people it is a waste of $11 the fish is very poor I threw it away and I had to go back up and order something else to eat their fish sandwich however is really delicious it’s crispy and flaky I wish they had that one all the time too bad it can’t be more like Culver’s they got a really good fish dinner the pieces are big crispy and flaky in the inside and come with two sides and a dinner roll for $11 and something very disappointed in the day and paid out way too much money harder money. But the people are nice and the restaurants always clean I know when they said they’re sorry they mean it probably but it doesn’t take away the fact that it ruined our dinner that we paid for that’s my review

$18.00 for three beef n cheddars, I expect the order to be correct and employees to be knowledgeable about the menu. I don’t eat here often so I ordered one beef n cheddar with Arby’s sauce, two without. Employee tells me they don’t come with sauce, I have to ask for it at window. Well once I dropped food off to my hubs at work…there is sauce on them¡!!!! Luckily he didn’t tell me until I was home, 30min away or I would have returned them. I paid for two meals and side at Chinese for $23.00 so for $18.00 , I expect both sandwiches to be the best sandwich this side of Mississippi river
