The staff and management at this Arby’s, in particular, are always friendly and fast. Food at Arby’s is always great, but they cut no corners at this new restaurant, which is always exceptionally clean. The current 2 for 7 special can’t be beat, and with chicken and fish selections, this place is really top of the food chain in my area. Thanks, Arby’s Mequon! Special thanks to the management and staff tonight, though I’ve never had a bad experience at this store.

Best Arby’s I have ever been to. The place was SPOTLESS. The employees were clean and well dressed. The food was fresh and hot right out of the fryer. Amazing curly fries. My only complaint is that Arby’s prices are rather high for quick service restaurant food.

When they first opened, the food was good. I’m not sure what happened, but each time I go here now, the food is either cold, not prepared properly, or not wrapped up properly. It was good at first, but has surprisingly gone downhill pretty fast.

I came here today for the grand opening. They offered a free sandwich, so I figured why not. Ordered a gyro and a small fry and senior soda. The small fry was $2.49 and the little senior soda was $2.49. The small fry had like six fries in it. I’ll never eat here again. Fast food should not mean prices like this for so little.What a joke.

It’s an Arby’s! Food is as expected but staff so much friendlier then your usual fast food joint (yes McDonald’s looking at you) nice and clean and a good place to hang for a short while…… Just wish at least one vegetarian option

New Arby’s in my area, had a 25% off coupon which girl at the drive thru didn’t know how to apply. She wouldn’t go ask anyone so I told her to forget it. Got home and was very disappointed. Haven’t been to a Arby’s in years and food had no taste and the roast beef sandwich was so small my husband was still hungry. Curly fries were delicious though!

Excellent service from Laquan! He greeted me promptly and made me feel welcome. This is a much appreciated late night food option in Mequon (most places here are lame and close at like 8:00, and taco bell down the road is beyond useless). As a vegetarian, there aren’t many options, but their mozzarella sticks are really good and taste high-quality. Only negative part of my experience was they forgot to give me my drink, and it was too late by the time I got home.
