The employees are pleasant but there is still no dine in. I stopped to try one of the new burgers this time, I’m not impressed. The flavors are there but texture was offputting. I’ll stick to juicy bar burgers elsewhere. I do really love the crinkle fries though! Ill continue to visit this location, I just won’t get a burger.

I have called twice about an online order that was placed by mistake. Left my name and number with no answer or call back. My card was charged for something I didn’t I tend to order. (If this gets resolved I’m willing to change my rating) until then one star and will not be visiting Arby’s.

It’s a roll of the dice when you show up if they will be open. Very unreliable hours. The staff is friendly and the food is good. My beef is spending time taking the whole family’s order, driving to the store, and be greeted often by a sign (see photo) that the store is closing early.

It’s not this location’s fault, but Arby’s Corporation changed the breaded/fried chicken filet recipe recently! The new classic chicken sandwiches are terrible compared to how good they used to be even a month or so ago!!! The new crispy chicken filets that they use in the chicken sandwiches taste AWFUL and has a bad after taste. ARBY’S, PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS RECIPE. We probably won’t be going to Arby’s anymore after they switched the chicken filets, unfortunately.

Came here around noon on a Saturday through the drive thru. Ordered two of the classic roast beef meals medium. I was told to pull off to the side because they were waiting for fries. They come out about 5 minutes later and give me the food. Drove about 30 minutes away to eat at a park. I pull out the fries and the containers are not even half full. Nobody was eating them on the way either.

The few times here, they have 100% got the order correct. The food is quite good for “fast food” as well. Had a bit of an issue with a on line order today. It didnt get to the store. All I had to do was show her my paid order on my phone. No hassle. Made it for me right away and very apologetic a about the mishap. Food was good too. All the condiments added as well. Most places really miss on that slight but important touch. We love the gyro. Keep it up.
