My wife and I stopped by this Arby’s this morning to order three sandwiches. I ordered their wagyu hamburger. My wife ordered their Reuben sandwich. And Ithe third sandwich was the regular beef. I thought the wagyu hamburger was tasty. My wife’s Ruben was ice cold. And the third sandwich was cold as well. We had also ordered fries and those were cold. We also requested some Arby’s sauce for the beef sandwich and that was not provided I don’t think we will be back here again. I don’t think we will back here again. We will not be back here again. Get the hint?

Waited a while which I don’t mind waiting but the staff was rude my food was old and cold chicken was chewy but my shake was delicious. Overall not a happy experience especially when you cannot actually eat the food you just paid for I understand it’s people’s choice to eat fast food but for the price I just wish people would try just a little harder

I went through the drive through at 7:45. after about sitting there for 3 mins, no one took my order over the intercom. I pulled up to the window and there was an employee in the restaurant. I sat at the window for about 2 minutes and I know she could see me because she kept slightly turning around. I then proceeded to leave the drive thru and as i was leaving she made direct eye contact with me. Also As I was leaving, another car was in drive through and his order was taken. I am very annoyed that this employee decided not to do her job and completely ignore me as a customer when they were still open. Do not recommend.
