By far the worst fast food place in town. Idk what happened here but it was always fresh but lately the food is never fresh and the fries are stale! Sad part is I had to wait 10 minutes for a small order then I had to throw 2 chicken sandwiches out because they were grey inside! Whoever they have running the kitchen should be fired!

Paid in the drive through and they told us to pull up and we waited at least 20 minutes while other customers left with food. I went inside to get a refund, and the crew was very nonchalant about the situation.. They even made us pay for the drinks we received before pulling up.

Please beware when you are ordering something on GrubHub/DoorDash and the weather. When I placed my order for delivery, there is no available driver coming to pick up my order due to the heavy rainstorm. I tried to call Arby’s to see if my order is already completed but the phone number kept going *beep* *beep* *beep*. I’m not sure if they haven’t paid their bills or if their customer service is terrible. I would highly recommend you pick up your order if you can because… this is ridiculous.

I saw they had various 2 for 7 so i got the beef n cheddar and mozzarella sticks, there sticks come with marinara or ranch, they were twice as big as most places and tasted great, the beef n cheddar was nothing new to me but was as good as anytime ive had it, over all a satisfying meal and i already had a drink so $7 plus tax. One thing about arbys i learned is the sauce on the sandwich is basically french or western dressing not the actual arbys sauce by the ketchup and horseradish sauces, i ask for a cup of it for my curly fries or to make sure theres enough on my sandwich, some places try to tell you its the same but be adamant about it because it is not, i have had many customers behind me listen in and say no its not the same but had no idea they could get it in a cup, its not for everyone but for those that want to try it is why i added this on my review. Also if you want fresh curly or crinkle fries simply ask to have them freshly made, ive never had anyone scoff at that and don’t end up with luke warm hard curly fries.
