Food was delicious, ordered the Gyro, excellent. The young man that waited on me was devoid of personality, and acted like it was a chore to wait on me, customer service is definitely not in his future. Place was clean, too many employees standing around looking at their phones.

Fine fast food establishment. Staff was kind and quick. The place was mostly clean with small bits of paper waste laying about. Bathrooms were immaculate. They share a bathroom with the Phillips 66 next door down the hall. 2 top, 4 top, booths, and a 10 top table are available for seating options. Our food was fresh and hot which was a pleasant surprise for a small town fast food establishment.

Was to much noise at the counter. I ordered a big roast beef and got roast beef and cheddar. Another customer complained about too much salt on the fries and after she left the counter the employees were laughing about it.

There was nobody in the drive thru, which was great at that time because I was in a rush to get to a meeting. Unfortunately, it took way too long for my order. When I finally got the food, I drove off only to realize my order was messed up. I didn’t have time to wait again, so I wasted money and was hungry all afternoon.

We ordered a waygu burger through drive thru and they had slathered on way too much mayo and no deluxe sauce. We have ordered this many times and it never came out like this. When we addressed this to manager he insisted he needed a receipt which we didn’t think we needed and was angry about that and wasn’t willing to give us another burger and just refunded our money. My food was fine but we probably won’t go to this arby’s again.

First time visiting this location. I ordered a #14 with curly fries at the drive thru. The sandwich presentation wise was ok but the bread was super dry. The fried were cold when I got home and I live 5 mins away. Wait time was short and staff were friendly.

For a fast food place this was the best French dip sandwich I’ve ever had. It was so tender and juicy the bread was so soft. And the dipping sauce the au jus was just fantastic.

The people who work there are nice but most the food is terrible. The fries no matter what kind you get are cold, hard and dried out. The buns are hard and dried out too. The beef is actually good, but everything with it is not. And my wife got the chicken sandwich. It was overloaded with sauces which we didn’t expect and as soon as she picked it up all the sauce squirted out on her shirt. She also got mozzarella stix which were ok but nothing special. Definitely not hot even though we had to wait more than 10 minutes for our order, thinking they were being cooked. Nope, just sitting and waiting to be ordered. We’ve had much better at all the other Arby’s within 20 miles of this one.
