I had tried the brisket sandwich before n did not care for it…but I decided to give it another try. I was disappointed a second time. The brisket was 40 to 50% fat and had very little smokey flavor. Also ordered curly fries and got mostly little pieces with one curly fry at the bottom. I also tried the new Java Mocha shake. It was mostly mocha with very little java. At least the strawberry lemonade was good.I will NOT try again.

It felt like this Arby’s hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. High chair was sticky. Floor was sticky and fries tasted like the frier grease hadn’t been changed out in months.

The guy at the drive thru was rude. When I asked to sub curly fries for crinkle cut fries on the loaded fries he told me “nope”. I thought he was kidding and he said “no we don’t do that”. I called two different locations and they said they can do that so I asked the woman at the window and she seemed confused and just said “sorry about that” and told me my total. Then I get home and start eating my food and everything was cold. Not worth the time or money at all. I have had bad experiences with this location before but I thought I’d give it a try after a couple months and I’m regretting not just driving to the location in Madison off Stoughton road.

Dirtiest Arby’s I have ever been in. Floors all sticky and dirty. Bathroom door sticky. Ice machine is not producing ice. Table tops also sticky as I just realized sitting down.

Went specifically to get the Andes Candies shakes. Ordered 2 medium. Picked up at window, no candies. When I questioned he said they were out. Should’ve been told when ordering. Paid premium price for what turned out to be a McDonald’s shamrock shake! And no straws were provided.
