Food was nice and hot. I rarely ever buy fries from any given fast food restaurant and recieve them fresh and hot…but I did here. My whole meal was fresh. No wilted lettuce on burger. Very impressive! The people were kind and friendly. Describe in one word…. Outstanding!

Ordered the new wagyu burger. It was ok. Definitely over cooked but it was ok. Also order curly fries with cheese on the side. I received a container of a small curly fry smothered in cheese. That was disgusting. Threw in the garbage immediately. Not only was it an extremely small order of fries but not what I ordered. I’ve been eating Arby’s for 40 years and I have NEVER been served my curly fries soggy covered in cheese. Oh and the French dip sandwhich???? That is a disgrace to Arby’s. The lack of meat is crazy. I’m hoping it’s a location issue and not a corporation issue. I will give Arby’s one more try but if I have another experience like today I’m done. Sad.

Total for my food was $16.01. Handed the lovely girl at the window $16.01 exact. She looks at me & says “uh thats alot of ones, how much is this?” I say “it’s $16.01” she says “ok well I dont feel like counting it” & hands me my food. Extremely rude. But food was good!

Went through the drive through jun/18 at 7:50 pm ordered a plain cheeseburger instead got one with lettuce tomatoe pickles and some sorta sauce and combined my order of curly fries with crinkle fries

Very good service! They were quick especially for the fact that they were pretty busy. I kind of wish they would open up the restaraunt but it’s still a good place to go. They also really load the roast beef sandwiches with meat. Curly fries were good. They need to get more beverages on their menu though. Overall one of Arbys’ better locations and I recommend this place very much.
