Our first visit to this location. Our cashier was nice and the food tasted good. We had the jalapeno sliders, could have had more pepper for our tastes, but overall it was tasty. My husband had the lamb gyro, the meat and veg were tasty, the sauce not so much. Will visit again.

I walked Into Arbys and thought Id have a good experience. But it tok someone to even com to the counter about 4 minutes. And then I noticed the kitchen. It looks like nobody has cleaned in weeks.

The food was made to order. The employees were working hard to get everyone served in a timely fashion, since it was lunch rush. Was able to get a table to sit without rushing. Only downfall was because of it being so busy and line up, it was hard to keep up with the table/garbage cleaning. But, it was not overly bad. People were good about cleaning up after themselves to help out.

So the food is the only reason for the two star rating it was okay. The service was horrible. The GM and two other employees completely ignored my wife as she stood at the counter to ask for tea that was missing from the drink bar. One employee was ranting and cussing in front of her while also ignoring her. It seems like nobody knows what they are doing or just don’t care. This isn’t the first time that the service has been terrible. Love the food but many Arby’s stores I have visited have been a joke. This one is definitely one of those.

Never really like Arby’s. This one here is brand new, they just put it there and already the atmosphere sucks. But hey this is a fast food restaurant they have to hire who they can to work. Very very slow and the managers cannot control their employees. But the old saying is you get what you pay for.

Took a really long time to get food for the amount of people in the restaurant. Nobody was in the drive-thru. Ordered a medium meal and the fries didn’t make a small only about half full. Kinda disappointed. Tables needed to be wiped of also.
