No complaints on the food but the dining room was very dirty. Barely a clean table. After finishing our meal, one of the staff came out to sweep floors. Not only did he sweep the floor but he used his broom to sweep off tables. Left me wondering if the “clean” table was actually clean. We will NOT be eating here again!

Stopped in 2 get 2 roast beef sandwiches and they were cold. We took them back and they told us they were cold because the cheese and lettuce were cold, however the cheese was not melted so that tells me the meat wasn’t warm 2 start with. Got my money back and left hungry. If I ever go there again I will check 2 see if my food is warm before I pay for it

Am very disappointed with this arbys. Service was slow had to wait 13minutes for my order.And worker with pink hair was not polite at all. Also ordered roast beef slider with small curly fries the curly fries were cold and watched her pick up my roast beef slider with bear hands after the chef threw up the sandwich and fell apart. I would not give this store one star however it is the lowest I could go. I am very dissatisfied.Also dinning area was not clean as well as the rest of the store.I would not recommend going here.

NOT Disabled friendly as far as straws, drink covers, napkins, and condiments for persons in a wheelchair!!! Put stuff in Reach for us in wheelchairs and install auto or power doors!
