Worst Arby’s ever. They didn’t give us our sauce, the chicken was rock hard and inedible, both our sandwiches were slapped together, and there was a long black hair in my sandwich. Threw it all in the garbage. Absolutely disgusting.

Manager brought out the wrong bag, I politely told her it was the wrong bag after I had opened it to look through the bag… she asked for it back very rudely and asked me to not touch the items in the bag very rudely after walking away, I went inside to wait for the food, and she was angry I was waiting inside. I politely told her I was sorry for “touching” the items in the bag even though I had to see what was in there to discover it was wrong. She was quite rude to me and my family. Unfortunately, we live here and think she was just having a really bad day(?). Just be warned if you’re given the wrong bag. . . Don’t touch it! Lol!

If you care even a little bit about your health, don’t go here. The food was decent but it’s as if there is no pandemic at all. No employee was wearing a mask or gloves. Thanking my lucky stars I went through the drive through and the virus does not live on hot food or else I certainly would expect to catch it here. Be better.
