Very disappointed. While we were in the middle of ordering, the girl taking our order was staring off in lala land and was not paying attention to us. I said, “Hello???” And she looked at me and said ” hi”… like I had just walked in. I asked if she heard us and she said no so we had to repeat the order again. The condiments were empty and the counter was a mess. It took a bit to find a somewhat clean table even though there were only a couple of people dining in at the time. The dining area was a mess, food on the floor, and several flies to try to keep off our food while trying to eat. It was 7:40 pm… Not busy at all.

Several customers were “trapped” here during a bad hail storm . The manager made sure we were away from windows and had us gather in their storage room for protection then proceded to comp our meals to those still eating. 5 stars.

Food for once tasted fresh and not spoiled vegetables. Dining in was filthy and some dispensers not in working order. Areas needed more consistent cleaning. Observed while a manager was present.

What a restaurant should be my wife and I got the 4 for $10 and had an extra to take home. Food was fresh and hot and I could tell that care was taken while making our food. Staff was very friendly. Thanks Arby’s Rice Lake!

We don’t get Arby’s often, but when we do, they don’t disappoint. Delicious roast beef sandwiches and very filling. We spend quite a bit there because of the size of our family but they don’t disappoint. I would recommend them all the time
