The experience started out poorly with the food taking a while, but with only 3 people working, it was understandable. The soda I received was flat but when I went and talked to the manager about it, she was courteous, professional, and handled it well, even compensating me for the wait. Would definitely recommend.

Upon walking into the store, the lady who took our order, had very poor customer service, and a very poor attitude. Ordered $26 worth of food and drinks for 2 people and the stupid regular sized drinks came out as smalls. We were informed AFTER we paid that the sizing has been downsized. This is not okay to not inform people before you order and pay that the drinks are now smaller. Won’t be ordering drinks at all anymore. Will only come here with coupons as well.

I sat at the drive through while some rude lady fumbled through my order, cut me off several times and even yelled at me. If you can’t handle drive through, don’t work it. Absolutely horrible service. Ended up driving away and not getting food there. Don’t waste your time with these rude employees.

Was hungry so decided to order 2 for $6 cheddar chicken ranch sandwiches. Ordered thru app, picked up quick and easy. Food was hot and fresh. Food is always consistently fresh, hot and made to order. Never knew Arby’s was this good of a fast food restaurant until I had it a few times.
