I Come to Arby’s all the time for their strawberry lemonade. I came today at 11:17am to order buffalo sliders and LARGE strawberry lemonade and she gave me medium size and I ask the lady this a large and she said yes. And I told her I go to Arby’s all the time and this is not a LARGE and she said yes it is. I just left wasn’t going to argue, but I know it’s not. I’ll not be coming back to this location.

Employees need to listen ordered food didnt ask what size meals we wanted tryed saying what sizes wanted to charge for another meal then i told them it was to go and gave it to us on a tray need to pay attention

Well, I appreciate the employees working here. Food was good. However, upper management decided to change the 2 for 6 menu (wanted 2 for 6 gyros) to be ambiguous to customers. Bait and switch…. disappointed overall. Hopefully things change.

Arby’s is my favorite fast food, but I would not go inside this one and eat, again. It was not busy, there were plenty of employees, yet the front counter and drink station were disgusting. I didn’t feel good about placing my cup or food tray down. It made me worry about the chairs & tables, much less the food. It kept my husband from going back up for dessert.
