The food was good but thrown together. During my visit, it was busy and looking like a little chaos. There was a gentleman there, causing most of their issues that day. He was upset that his food was taking too long. There seemed to be a decent size crew working, but they seemed to not know exactly what to do while it was busy. You could tell it was younger kids working, so they just needed a little encouragement, and people needed patience. I told them they were doing a good job and not to take what that guy said to heart. The one problem I had was all the flies… Everywhere, including the prep line.

I ordered 1 item, my receipt stated a different item. I was given a completely different item(that I did not like). My curtly fries were over done. The next time I drive across town I will go somewhere else.

Any time we go there the food is barely warm and the quality is very low. Just went there tonight, and the chicken sandwich looks like it was under a heat lamp that barely works and the amount of sauce that was on the sandwich was too much. Opened the wrapper up and it was on the entire one side of it and it was enough to make the bun soggy. Disappointing especially for the cost.

Arrived 630. Ordered roast beef and cheddar and curly fries. Order Arrived quickly. Sandwich ok. BUT curly fries had French fries mixed and only 1 curly fry was intact with the balance just bits and pieces!! We sat towards the back when a worker decided that was the time to stir dust up by vacuuming and drowned out conversations!! Workers are not at fault. MANAGEMENT!!

I would not recommend going less then 2 hours before close. Twice I have had issues with portion sizes. They put the same amount on a double beef n cheddar that they had on the classic. Fries were definitely not fresh but a little less then room temp. I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if the price would have been cheaper.
