My Arby’s account was linked to a location close to where I used to live, so an order was placed for the wrong location – totally my fault! However, when I tried to contact that location (the WSP Arby’s) via their phone number listed on the official website, I received an automated message saying “The wireless account you are trying to reach is unavailable at this time.”

I regularly buy food from there. The staff is always friendly. They were super busy this afternoon. My chicken sandwiches took some time to be ready. I was NOT bothered by waiting, but the manager gave me additional shake and a free meal card for waiting, which was a total surprise. I was waiting longer in other fast food places on Robert street. A lot of them do not even say “ thank you for waiting”. That was a great customer service.
