Horrible experience everytime. Food is cold.i ordered a roast beef with swish cheese not melted and rost beef was cold.than I went back went through the drive thru waited for 10 minutes for anyone to come the speaker when he finally did he said I’ll be right with u.waited more than five more minutes so finally said HELLO!! he came on and said I TOLD YOU TO WAIT! When I got to the window he had the crabbist look on his face and talked to me very rudley! I will never go back! This was August 28th at 550pm 19-22 years old blonde scraggly hair thin.

If you’re hours posted on your website and the door say you’re open until 10pm, why are you locked up and refuse to serve at 9:40. It’s very frustrating that I go quite far out of my way and arrive well before the stated closing time, only to receive rude looks from the employees inside. Since this has happened before, you don’t have to worry about me bothering you anymore. I’m done. Culver’s is right across the street and they’re more than happy to serve me 20 minutes before close. If you value your time avoid this place. Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru and I was one of 3 cars. When I got to the microphone I was told the person would “be there to take your order when I get a chance”. I wasted my entire lunch break thinking I’d get fast food.

You can’t call a sandwich a French Dip without the Dip. The Dip is a key ingredient. So why has my au jus been missing the last 3 times in a row? I won’t even eat it without the au jus, so my meal is continuously ruined by the incompetence and/or lack of caring at this location. My dog thanks you, however.
