Cashier had gloves on .. took my money .. went and scooped up fries and prepped a few orders ( gloves still on ) came back to counter and rang up next person.. hmm, I don’t think he understands how gloves work. GROSS. Money. Food. Money. Food. Gloves should be changed EVERY time if you are jumping between money and food.

I ordered the bacon ranch Wagu burger last week and they made the deluxe instead. The comped mefor their screw up and today I went back and received a burger that was totally overcooked missing the bacon. In addition my order of curly fries were “torched to a crisp!! This was absolutely horrible food!!!

Just got 2 burgers and fries. Both burgers tasted terrible. Meat was just weird. The whole thing was just mushed in the bag. The fries were so salty we couldn’t eat them. Terrible Quality. Usually very impressed with Arbies. First time eating the burgers though. Never again.

Went through the drive-thru for lunch. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was missing, so I asked for some. My strawberry lemonade was primarily ice and had hardly any actual strawberry lemonade. When I asked for the marinara sauce, I also asked for a refill of strawberry lemonade.
