Picked up a Ruben menu after several years abstinence from Arby’s. Shocked by the price by size of the sandwich which shrunk drastically.. I got there at 9.20 pm the employee was in a bad mood and treated me accordingly.. the food must have been old. Vomited all night. Never again

Tonight we ordered 10 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches from Arby’s. We got home and looked at the food to see red meat with red juice on the paper the sandwiches were wrapped in on all 10 of the sandwiches. I called the store and was told by the manager Ella, that they “temp the meat twice before slicing, so the meat must be cooked.” Red roast beef with red juice on the wrapper is not how this is suppose to be served from Arby’s. We will not be back to this location.

Every time I go here, my order is messed up. I was missing two sandwiches and the cookie in the packaging was completely crumbled. I’m done going inside after doing through the drive through. I’m done going here.

Why on earth would anyone burn the buns and then use them anyway? Are you trying to drive customers away? In effect that is what you are doing. Drop close to $20 for a couple of burgers that are supposed to be a special “promo” I get them home and the buns are black. Who is managing this store? I’m not the first to complain about burnt buns either. Get a clue folks. Burnt buns affect the flavor of the entire sandwich. Absolutely unreal. How much of the food cost would be affected to toss them and make them correctly? Either sheer stupidity or laziness. No excuse.

Always liked this location. It reminds me of the one I went to when I was a kid. Beef n Cheddar with curly fries and a Jamocha shake please! Can’t go wrong here. Service is consistently good and I appreciated when they had later hours.
