When we went in it was right before their rush from the churchies so it wasn’t busy. It didn’t take long to get our food but I got the beef and cheddar regular sized but it seemed like it was a lot smaller then it was even a year ago, the cheddar seemed like it was pretty much out because there was barley any in there. Due to their re-sizing they have done as a company, I feel we did not get what we paid for. Less fries for medium. Medium shake looked like a small shake. Sandwich we ordered seemed to be sloppy and did not taste right. We were lucky enough to have a 25% off discount. After today’s meal we have decided we will not be coming back to Arby’s. The cost of food here was not worth it. I am very disappointed in them. We would have gotten better service and food at Culver’s.

Stopped in for some fast food. Drive through was long so I walked in to order my fast food. Watched order after order of others fast food go out to customers. Another person who bought her fast food made mention that I should inquire about my fast food. Didn’t realize I had been standing there 15 min for my fast food. Got the attention of a worker who had to find my name on the screen only to be told my fast food order had been given to another person. Another 5 min later the fish sandwich in my to go fast food order wasn’t made so the worker had to ask a 2nd time. When I finally received my fast food order of 1 meal & a 2-4-7

I’m not sure whose fault it is, but there’s absolutely no reason an Arby’s should run out of Roast Beef. If the one in St. Cloud never runs out, there’s no reason this one should. Someone isn’t doing their job. I guess I should just contact corporate?

Used to be my go-to in hutch.. now you’re waiting 15 mins in drive thru for drinks, and getting confronted by an aggressive older lady wanting to know what your “problem” is when you’re just waiting for your order.. probably done going here for a while.
