Love going to this location. No matter what time of day it is, the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Never have to ask for fresh fries. Even late at night there fresh. Strawberry lemonade is amazing. The only downside is the size for the strawberry lemonade shrank. Large is smaller then it uses to be.

I haven’t been to this location in a long time and I don’t think I’ll be back. One employee was very rude and acted annoyed that I requested my online order to be picked up through the drive-through (I had small kids in the car). Then they shorted me a sandwich and didn’t put any sauce in the bag or even ask! Fries were cold and not good. An overall very disappointing experience.

I always loved myself some Arby’s, however: today I found the doors were locked. Being mindful of a local severe thunderstorm, I went to the drive-thru. In their defense, I was on a scooter, but I did wait about five minutes, perhaps they couldn’t see me? I tried the last door, finding it were locked. I then went to the other side and tried the other doors again, just in case. After calling and asking if they were aware their doors were locked, they confirmed – which clarifies that I am outside.

What happened? The roast beef used to be so much better. I get cost cutting and market adjustments but the meat was bland and oddly textured. The service was great. The dining area was dark. It felt like they wanted you to just take your food a leave (which is what we did)

Just stopped by at 3:57pm friday (5/19/23) I usually don’t have much of an issue from this location but today I ordered a rib slider and it was straight up cold, as if they took it out of the cooler and put it on my sandwich. the least they can do is put it in the microwave, absolutely unacceptable.

I frequent this location for dinner and somehow they often forget to provide me with Arby sauce. I made sure it is clear that I want Arby sauce in the bag, however often times I am left with no sauce in the bag. I don’t know if it physically hurts to put the sauce in the bag, or the sauce is reserve for their top 1% of customers. Nonetheless, I beg of the Arby’s team to not withhold the Arby sauce from me.

I am doing a delivery service for UberEats and GrubHub and I believe the older man is the manager there is very rude I had customers leave because of how rude he was to me. I was waiting there for 15 to 20 minutes on my food because he said the people in front of him are the people who get served first even though I was in front of all them picking up an order that was place 10 to 15 minutes ago. he said they treat delivery service is last in line. So if they are having a busy day and there is 20 people who walk in after me I will be the last one who gets the food after they complete all the people who walked in after me. He is an older man with white hair very rude very obnoxious was talking bad about me to other customers was being very inappropriate and I reported him to corporate. I hope he reads this message and treats his customers with more care and nicely instead of being a rude nasty old man. If that’s the manager at the Arby’s location in Savage I highly recommend not going there. I had customers walk up to me and say they’ve had issues at this location before and to just call and report it which I did.
