The customer service has declined massively in the past few months, whomever is managing this restaurant has no experience handling a rush and ensuring the front and back of house are communicating. Furthermore the employees will argue with you about everything and if you happen to be disabled will violate ADA law but don’t worry they get away with it by not wearing name tags. Corporate or the franchise owner needs to step in before this gets too much more out of hand.

Drive through took awhile to wait. I ordered. More waiting (about 3 minutes or more) never got a total. Got to the window and man claimed he didn’t hear me. He could have asked me to state my order again. I got my food when I pulled ahead to wait. My order was still wrong. I got regular frys and not the curly frys as I ordered.

Don’t come here!!! I watched a family get horrible service here and it made me not want to spend money in an establishment that mistreat customers. The man was respectful and wanted to know why he had to pay for a meal he didn’t want and then wait for the correct meal to be made, the two managers argued with the man and didn’t try to hear him out. After seeing this I left and didn’t order anything. I can spend my money somewhere else!

Stay Away!!!!!!! Such bad management at this location i pray they make a change or this location will lose alot of service. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Order was incorrect for my dine in dinner with my family. I go up to the counter to get it corrected and two managers on duty made me pay for the incorrect order plus the order I actually wanted making me wait 10-15 min to get the second half of dinner while the 1st half got cold and when i asked the Manager “do you always treat customers like this” he gave me attitude and completely ignored my thoughts as a customer i wasn’t accommodated for the wait and paid and extra 15$ for what shouldve been free for the inconvenience. There is better service elsewhere its not worth being treated like this. Bloomington deserves better. I will never eat here again!

I went through the drive-thru and received another person’s order. There’s a big difference between a roast beef cheddar (which is what I ordered) and a corned beef sandwich. I had to throw it away as I do not like those sandwiches at all.

There’s a fill line for the ice directly on the cup. So then why is that every single time I get a drink here it is well past that line? What’s the point in having it if you’re not going to even use it correctly? Additionally the lady in the drive thru is very cold. Not friendly at all, clearly hates her job. I will drive out of my way to go to another location.
