Paid for what i ordered but got 2 beef and cheese subs instead of the greek gyro and fries i ordered. Saw this guy yelling at the window cashier who was supposed to give me my food doing hand motions about how to order the bags so the right one gets to the right person it seems. Guess i wont be going here again.

When you ask for Curly fries and receive a box full of end pieces and no actual curly fries . Didn’t realize this until we opened the bag. I understand we went through the drive thru but at least tell us it will require a few moments for fresh fries. Nasty fries.

On Dec. 20th I had lunch at the Arby’s in Plymouth, I usually will go there once a month. However this time they ruined my Christmas by giving me food poisoning which included hours of vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, etc. etc. I know it happened there because my wife and I have been eating the same meals over the last few days, with that exception, and she did not get sick. Because of this experience I will never again eat in an Arby’s. These franchises have to do a better job of policing the cleanliness of their franchisee locations.
